Do I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes, you do. Often our uniformed cleaners work in pairs. We find this a more efficient way of working and it also helps out a lot with holiday cover and illness.
How do I know I can trust the cleaner?
First of all, our cleaners are carefully vetted through checking references and work history, and where possible CRB checked. You also get to meet the cleaner before she starts working for you. Many of our cleaners have been with us for a number of years now and before a cleaner is allowed to work on her own they work with an experienced cleaner for a few weeks.
How much does it cost?
It is £10 per hour, commercial cleaning is priced seperately.
What area do you cover?
At the moment cover Retford, Worksop, Ollerton, Gainsborough, Bawtry, and all the surrounding villages, but we are expanding very quickly as good news travels fast.
How many hours will I need?
We say a minimum of 2hrs per visit, anything less and after getting started and packing away there isn’t much time for cleaning! We can do daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or a one-off.
Am I tied into a contract?
No, there are no contracts; we don’t feel the need to trap people into long contracts. Nearly 100% of our business is through word of mouth.
Can the cleaner do ironing for me?
Through experience we have found out that being a good cleaner doesn’t mean you are good at ironing!! We prefer to do ironing at our town centre premises where we have a floor dedicated to ironing and laundry, fully equipped with the latest professional equipment including heat presses and a dedicated laundry and ironing team.
What happens if the cleaner is ill or on holiday?
Holiday cover is provided at the discretion of the client; if you want holiday cover for the cleaner then it will be arranged.
What insurance do you have?
We have £5 million Employers liability cover, £2 million public liability cover, all cleaners are fully insured against injury and damage whilst working in your home. Ironing and Laundry is also covered as long as it is practised on our premises.
How long have you been established?
We have been established since 2005. We have formed very good working relationships with local estate agents, commercial landlords, private landlords, and of course numerous domestic homeowners.
Can you clean carpets and upholstery?
Yes we can. This is not carried out by your cleaner; we have a dedicated carpet/upholstery cleaning team.
